FEM FORUM 2026

Registration privacy

FEM uses the details you provide to organize the Forum, reserve your place, plan meals and accessibility arrangements, communicate about the event, and record attendance.

What we collect

Your name, email, professional role, specialty, practice, event selections, and any optional guest details, dietary requirements, accessibility requests or interests you provide. Please do not submit patient information.

Who can access it

Authorized event organizers and editors can use registration details for event administration. Limited check-in and read-only staff can see the attendance roster but cannot access email addresses, accommodation requests or private notes. Registration information is not displayed publicly. Staff exports leave the website’s access controls, so authorized staff should protect and delete downloaded copies when no longer needed.

Event invitations and partners

Authorized staff may import professional contact details and past attendee lists to organize Forum invitations, or keep a record of potential promotional partners and their contacts. Invitation contacts are separate from registrations. Contacts are matched by email and existing unsubscribe or bounce restrictions are preserved. Imported lists do not provide consent to text messages or automatically send invitations. To stop invitations or request removal, contact the event team below.

First-party event measurement

We use a random session identifier stored in this browser tab to understand website visits, form steps, active time and completed registrations. It expires after 30 minutes without activity or four hours at most. It is not an identity across devices. Time is counted only while the page is visible and pauses after 30 seconds without interaction. We keep broad device categories and recognized invitation or partner campaign labels. We also count clicks on fixed registration buttons, broad scroll-depth ranges, which named public-page sections were visible, and their active-visible time. Geometry is used briefly in the browser to decide section visibility, but coordinates, DOM text and pointer trails are not retained or sent. Section interaction maps exclude form contents and private staff pages. Country is recorded only when trustworthy server-provided location information is available; otherwise it is Unknown.

Measurement does not store names, email addresses, form field values, accommodation requests, IP addresses, raw browser identifiers, full URLs or private confirmation links. Form errors are counted by a fixed event category without their text. A completed registration is counted only after the server has saved it. Staff can link a confirmed registration to its campaign to understand invitation results.

We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this measurement. Preview and test activity is excluded. Measurement may be incomplete when storage or requests are blocked. This site uses no advertising pixel, third-party analytics tracker, cross-device fingerprinting, session recording or individual-visit replay. Aggregate section interaction maps do not track eye movements. The proposed design comparison is inactive; visitors are not randomly assigned to a test.

Retention

New session and aggregate interaction measurement, and their registration-attribution links are used for up to 90 days. Older measurement is excluded and removed during routine site activity and dashboard use. Registration records are kept separately for event administration and are not automatically deleted with analytics. Contact the event team to ask about retention, correction or removal of your registration, invitation or partner contact information.

Your choices

Use your private registration link to update or cancel your plans. Keep it private: anyone who has it can manage your registration. To request a correction or deletion, or ask about data handling, contact Gabby@femwomenshealth.com.

Registration contact permission applies to this event. It does not enroll you in unrelated marketing.
